VPS usage report

Monitoring the performance of your system is essential. If system resources become too low or too high, it can cause a lot of problems. System resources can be taken by the services your system may host, such as email, web pages or database requests. If you know what is happening, you can easily evaluate whether system upgrades are needed, or if some service needs to be moved to another server.

VDSmanager allows you to view a report on current resources consumption by your virtual private server.

You can view the percentage of the principal resources, such as CPU units, RAM, number of running processes and file descriptors compared to the total amount of allocated resources. The statistical information is collected every 5 minutes and is stored during about 24-48 hours.

Information about the maximum amount of certain resources that a VPS can use you can see in the VDS management (VDSmanager) module -> Add new virtual server and edit parameters of existing server (VDSmanager) or by double-clicking the VPS you need in the table therein.

  • Memory % - represents the percent of RAM consumed by the VPS.
